Kim was absolutely wonderful. She was recommended to us by my sister who also used her in the purchase of her first home. Kim was calm (exactly the opposite of myself, so much needed!), informative, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend her. If I need to move again for any reason in the  future, I will definitely reach out to Kim again.
